Rot is moving upward from the roots into the stem. The rosette can still be saved as a cutting.

PLAN FOR THE COMING DAYS

    Cut the healthy part of the rosette with a sharp knife

  2. 02

    Let the cut dry for 5–7 days

  3. 03

    Root in dry substrate; don't water for another week
