DIAGNOSIS

Overwatering. Lower leaves have become translucent and waterlogged — a classic sign of too much water in succulents.

PLAN FOR THE COMING DAYS
  1. 01

Don't water for at least 14 days

  2. 02

Remove the mushy leaves — they will not recover

  3. 03

Going forward: water only when soil is completely dry top-to-bottom
